| Louisiana LPN licenses expire on January 31st and must be renewed annually on or before that date. | ||
| LPNs should renew early to avoid problems and fines. License renewal applications are mailed out in October of each year to the current address on file. If you have had a change of address, see Address Change. Applications are only mailed to those who have a current, active license. | ||
